Frequently asked questions

Why do bone saws need automatic tensioning?

A saw blade is a high-stress, high-cycle part. Constant tension keeps cutting stable, extends blade life (breakage drops from 50%+ to ~10% in field observation) and reduces yield loss from a narrower kerf. It is also a built-in safety (error-proofing) design.

How do I choose a bone saw model?

Pick by power supply first (380V 3-phase vs 220V single-phase), then by cutting capacity. BG103/BG104 suit smaller shops; BG125/BG126 (2nd-gen, one-click tensioning) suit higher-volume central kitchens and factories.

What does "European standard / CE" mean for your saws?

Our saws are designed to EU food-processing machinery standards and carry a CE certificate issued by an EU certification authority — relevant for export and food-safety compliance.

What tension force is correct for a blade?

There is no universal value; it depends on blade spec. For the BG105-class blade (2590×16×0.46 mm) the design target is about 750–950 N (76–97 kgf). Always follow the machine's technical documentation.
