DANIEL Meat Grinders
Floor-standing meat grinders built on EU food-machinery standards. The GG241 series delivers 800 kg/h and supports E32 / B98 cutting systems with an optional de-fascia device.

Cutting systems: E32 vs B98
The GG241 standard configuration uses the B98 5-component knife set (available as 3-component); E32 is offered as an optional cutting system. The B98 set uses a sharp circular knife to cut connective tissue (fascia) in the meat for better texture.
De-fascia device (B98)
During grinding, some fascia is not fully cut and may enter the product or jam between the end plate and knife, raising meat temperature and spoiling shape. Operators often over-tighten the lock ring to force cutting — which instead wears the knife and plate fast. The B98 de-fascia device collects the uncut fascia and bone chips, separates them from the product, and discharges them through a centre tube (flow adjustable). It fits B98-series grinders only.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between E32 and B98 cutting systems?
B98 is the standard 5-component knife set (optional 3-component) focused on cutting fascia; E32 is an optional cutting system. Both fit the GG241 series.
What does the de-fascia device do?
It separates uncut fascia and bone chips from the ground meat, protecting product quality and reducing knife/plate wear caused by over-tightening.
Can the GG241 grind frozen meat?
Yes — it processes fresh meat or frozen meat no colder than −4 °C, with low temperature rise during grinding.
